| Meetings The Executive Board meets on the first Wednesday of each month with the exception of July and August. Meetings are held at the District office at 307 Waterman Avenue, Smithfield. All meetings begin at 6:30 pm. Meeting announcements and agendas are posted on the Secretary of State's website a minimum of 48 hours prior to the actual meeting. All regular and special Board meetings are open to the public. | Annual Meeting | The District holds its Annual Meeting on the 2nd Saturday in April each year at a time and place to be announced. All rate payers are invited to attend. |
